  • CherryRoad Public Sector Assessment (CPSA) - Public sector clients who have implemented Oracle Taleo have realized that Taleo does not have the capability of meeting all their Civil Service assessment requirements during the hiring process within the Taleo software. As a result, CherryRoad has developed the CPSA “bolt-on” software application that works seamlessly with Oracle Cloud containing the missing Civil Service functionality.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) – ServiceNow has the ability to provide many service programs from one platform, making it convenient for the customer/client. Examples of ITSM services are: Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalogs or Ticketing for Help Desk. Using ServiceNow, CherryRoad has all the applications needed to successfully manage an IT Department, including real-time updates and Service Level Agreements (SLA) tracking.
  • IT Business Management (ITBM) – through ServiceNow, CherryRoad will soon be able to offer Project Management and Software Development Tracking software solutions. If you have a client in need of these services, contact Chris Tilden.
