- First 30 Days: Unlimited assistance for all Dedicated and VPS Hosting customers.
- 24/7 Live Support: Live Chat, myCP, 1-888-354-6128 or email questions using the Contact page.
Server Support
- Server Support provides a fixed amount of credits to use for issues related to a specific server.
- Server Support credits do not accumulate and are only associated with a specific server.
- Server Support - 4 Credits - $60/month.
- Server Support - 8 Credits - $110/month.
- Server Support - 16 Credits - $200/month.
Customer Support
- Customer Support adds the purchased amount of credits to a pool tied to your account. Every month, the credit level you purchase accumulates and remains available to use across all your servers.
- Customer Support - 4 Credits - $95/month.
- Customer Support - 8 Credits - $180/month.
- Customer Support - 16 Credits - $340/month.
Priority Subscription
- Support tickets are taken care of in the order received. For a quicker response to your tickets, Gold and Platinum priority levels are available. Gold Priority ensures all tickets submitted to us are designated as a higher priority over our customers without Gold Priority. Platinum Priority ensures all tickets submitted to us are designated with the highest priority.
- Gold Priority - $75/month.
- Platinum Priority - $150/.

Protecting your data is a high priority and protecting the integrity of your network is critical in maintaining a secure environment.
- OS Hardening - This service addresses security weaknesses in operating systems by deactivating unnecessary programs, implementing the latest OS patches, and following newly released procedures and strategies to reduce malicious attacks and system downtime. OS Hardening minimizes your server's exposure to current and future threats by configuring the operating system to be as secure as possible.
- Patches and Updates - This service eliminates the hassles of keeping your server up to date by checking for the latest available OS security patches and deploying them as appropriate to protect your server against exploits, viruses, worms and trojans.
- Proactive Monitoring - This service is an enterprise-class monitoring solution for your server that includes continual monitoring of specified ports on your behalf. In the event a service disruption is detected, you will receive a notification regarding the failure. Our Proactive Monitoring solution will automatically attempt to restart the affected service on your server, thereby reducing any inconvenience caused by program crashes.
